Where your tracks move forward

From rough demo to final version β€” and everyone who weighs in along the way.

Tracks don't get finished in one pass. They evolve through versions, feedback, and decisions made by different people at different times. Prodlink gives that process a home β€” private, persistent, and always up to date.

Love the synth here! Maybe add more reverb?

The creative process

Music doesn't get made in a straight line

A track starts as an idea, passes through many hands, and evolves over weeks or months. The people involved change, the direction shifts, and somewhere along the way, the work needs to converge.

Versions carry context

Every revision reflects a decision β€” a note that was addressed, a direction that changed, a problem that was solved. Losing that thread means losing the why behind the work.

Feedback is scattered by nature

A voice note here, a text there, a comment in a chat that no one can find two weeks later. The input is valuable β€” but it drifts away from the music it's about.

Collaboration is informal β€” until it isn't

Working with a producer, an engineer, or a small team often starts loose. But at some point, you need to align: what's approved, what's still open, what's next.

Finishing is the hardest part

Starting new music is easy. Getting it across the line β€” with everyone aligned and every decision accounted for β€” is where most projects stall.

Prodlink is the thread that holds it together

A persistent workspace where your track lives alongside its versions, feedback, and decisions. Private by default. Always accessible. Context that stays β€” so you can keep moving forward.

The journey of a track

Every stage has a place

From the first rough idea to the moment you share it β€” Prodlink stays with your track as it evolves.

The synth pad feels too loud here. Can we bring it down slightly and add more reverb to blend with the vocal?

Say exactly what you mean

Point to a moment in the track. Leave a note your team can revisit weeks later. The feedback stays tied to the music β€” not buried in a chat thread.

Built around how you already work

Music collaboration doesn't follow a template. Prodlink fits the way artists, producers, and engineers actually get things done.

Feedback that sticks to the track

You send a rough mix to your producer. They have notes about the bridge β€” something about the vocal sitting too low. In Prodlink, they point to the exact section, leave their thoughts, and check back a week later to hear what changed. The conversation stays with the music.

A handoff that doesn't break the thread

Your engineer receives stems for mastering. They deliver a version. You listen, have a revision. The back-and-forth needs a home that isn't email or a file-sharing link that expires tomorrow. In Prodlink, every exchange is tracked and accessible.

Picking up where you left off

Three people are finishing an EP. Different schedules, different cities. Decisions happen asynchronously. When someone comes back to the project after a few days, they can see what's been approved, what's open, and what's changed β€” without asking.

No algorithm. No feed. No ceremony. Just the work β€” and a clear record of how it got there.

Your tracks deserve to be finished.

The hardest part of making music isn't starting β€” it's getting it across the line. Prodlink is where that work happens.

Free forever for solo artists. Project rooms unlock on Studio.

FAQ

What is Prodlink?

Prodlink is a private workspace where producers and their teams finish music β€” with precise feedback, version tracking, and project rooms. When your work is ready, you can share it publicly through your artist profile and playlists. Work comes first. Promotion is optional.

How do I get started?

Create your free account, upload your first track from the dashboard, and set its visibility (draft, private, or public). You can then share private links, create Project Rooms for collaboration, or send files to engineers via Sessions.

What are Project Rooms?

Project Rooms are private collaboration spaces for unreleased music. Invite collaborators (producers, labels, managers), share tracks with timestamped waveform comments, and use approval workflows to track decisions. Available on Studio plans.

What are Sessions (file transfer)?

Sessions let you exchange files securely with mixing or mastering engineers. Upload your stems, invite an engineer by email, and receive their work back β€” with full revision history and timestamped feedback. No account required for engineers.

How does track visibility work?

Tracks have three visibility states: Draft (only you can see), Private (shareable via secret link, no indexing), and Public (visible on your profile, discoverable). You control who sees your unreleased music.

What audio formats do you support?

We support MP3, WAV, FLAC, and M4A files. For best quality, upload in WAV or FLAC at 44.1kHz/16-bit or higher. We automatically generate waveforms and optimize for streaming while preserving quality.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free accounts include 3 hours of track uploads, 1 active Session, and all core features (profile, private sharing, reactions). Upgrade to Creator for analytics and more Sessions, or Studio for unlimited uploads and Project Rooms.

How secure is my unreleased music?

Very. Private tracks use unique share tokens (not guessable URLs), are excluded from search engines, and require no account to listen. Project Rooms enforce role-based access. We never share or expose your content without your explicit action.
